At Conscious Asset Management, we are teachers and management consultants who facilitate mechanical, process and human performance improvements through conscious choice. Conscious choice means we gain a full understanding of all past and present choices in order to help you make new, enlightened decisions. We dig deeply into “why” certain choices are made, striving to delve well beyond the obvious or surface reasons.

Since fear often drives many of the choices that company leaders, managers and directors make, we can support and help you recognize, process and overcome the unconscious fears you may have about your business, your work, your life and yourself.
Conscious Asset Management and its sister operation, Conscious Management, operate under the umbrella of Conscious Group Incorporated. Conscious Group Inc. was founded in 2005.

Our Team
Executive leadership of our team is managed by James and Aileen Reyes-Picknell. Conscious Asset Management also works with a dedicated and exceptionally talented team of Consulting Associates and Colleagues who have established either direct or indirect working relationships with us to fill occasional or ongoing client service delivery needs, while also participating in our collective business deployment and development activities.
