We a growing company with a unique philosophy to solving business challenges in mechanical and human performance improvements. We need additional assistance to serve a variety of clientele.

We are currently looking for consultants in Canada and the USA with the following backgrounds:

• RCM2 (Practitioners)
• Uptime consultants and trainers (franchise opportunities are available for our Uptime training courses)
• Health Care Facilities Management / Health Care Consulting

We recognize four categories of participants in our business:

• Leaders - part owners and directors of Conscious Asset Management. These people are committed to our success. We are actively looking to expand in this category so if you are an entrepreneur, qualified and capable of working in this field and willing to commit to our firm, then we want to talk to you!
• Associates – colleagues of strategic importance bringing complementary skills that add value to our clients. Associates regularly work with us to develop and service business opportunities.
• Colleagues - work with us occasionally to fulfil client roles worldwide.
• Alliances - companies that we’ve chosen as strategic partners for business development.
