This webinar will explore just what can go wrong with implementations and what to do about them. In some cases, the advice can be applied retroactively, but ideally, you take these lessons to heart before you embark on an implementation.

Maintenance management systems, both stand-alone and enterprise wide, can be challenging for their users to use correctly. Occasionally, the company bought the wrong tech and the system just doesn’t do what they need it to do. But usually, the software is quite capable, but hasn’t been set up (implemented) very well, or training has been neglected.

Our three panelists are Richard Beer, who has decades of experience in implementation work, Serah Sanni, who has excellent project management skills, and James Reyes-Picknell, our Principal Consultant who often deals with the process and behavioral aftermath of a poorly implemented system.
