Practical Optimization of the RCM Process
RCM-R® enhances the standard Reliability Centered Maintenance approach as defined in SAE JA-1011. We’ve addressed a few weaknesses that make RCM difficult to perform well. We link with ISO standards for reliability data interchange (ISO 14224), risk management (ISO 31000) and asset management (ISO 55001). We include basic reliability math, and in our advanced training we dig deeply into the math and how to perform valuable statistical analyses. Our textbook has all of that.
Our competency program:
Level 1 – Analyst. Our 2-day course qualifies you to perform RCM-R® analyses. After participating in 2 analyses become a certified RCM-R® Analyst.
Level 2 – Facilitator. Our 3-day facilitator course qualifies you to begin the mentoring process. After 3 satisfactory analyses become a certified RCM-R® Facilitator.
Level 3 – Reliability Specialist. This course is for engineers and technologists. Learn advanced reliability methods and analytical tools. Enhance your RCM-R® certifications or become a certified Reliability Specialist.
Level 4 – Instructor. This course is for those who want to teach any or all of the above courses, mentor facilitators, and/or facilitate analyses as a consultant.
