Joint Ventures

Joint ventures are activities of a temporary nature that may lead to more formal business partnerships. In the Joint Ventures we operate independently of, but in collaboration with our Joint Venture partners.

• AI Job Planner – JV with Perspect Analytics and Cato AI Solutions in the development of the AIJobPlanner software.
• Conscious Reliability – our joint venture, with PdM Tech to manage our joint intellectual property and maintain lists of certificate holders in our RCM-R certification scheme.

Collaboration

Collaborations are established with firms with similar client interests for the purpose of enhancing the services we can offer to our respective clients. Most of our collaborations are informal in nature, with contractual agreements that are put in place as required to meet specific client requirements. In these arrangements any one of the collaborators may hold the contract with the client, while others provide services as sub-contractors. Occasionally, we work with our collaborators on joint marketing efforts to attract new business.

• Edumine – to provide online training for the mining industry
• EY – we serve as subject matter experts in their operational performance improvement and information technology projects

• Maverick Consultants – collaboration on Maintenance and Reliability (Chile)
• MRO Analytics – for Spares Inventory Optimization (UK)
• Noria USA and LATAM – Lubrication analysis, certification, and education
• PDM Tech – For Reliability Engineering support in Latin America (Puerto Rico)
• Perspect Analytics – AI enabled data analytics in MRO spares, maintenance, and human capital.
• Pennell Consulting Inc. – for electrical engineering expertise in the USA
• RLT Smart Asset – for Root Cause Failure Analysis and other software tools.
• TRO Solutions – for EAM and CMMS support and implementation
